The MASTERTUBE injection hose was our first product in 1998 and quickly established itself as a reliable waterproofing solution for construction joints in reinforced concrete construction. Available in YELLOW (PVC hose) and RED/YELLOW (with woven jacket) versions, MASTERTUBE enables the injection of sealants such as our polyurethane resin MC Injekt 2300 top.
MASTERTUBE injection hoses can be used to systematically seal construction joints in reinforced concrete structures after the concrete has hardened. The shape and structure of the tube profiles ensure that shrinkage gaps and damaged areas are filled securely and evenly.
Today we are presenting the latest version of this classic product. Just last year, the functionality of our MASTERTUBES was confirmed even at 5 bar water pressure by new tests carried out by MFPA Leipzig. In addition, fixation marks now make installation easier. New and updated certificates
Our injection hoses YELLOW and RED/YELLOW have been retested by MFPA Leipzig in 2024 - both in combination with the acrylate gel MC-Injekt 3000 HPS and with the polyurethane resin MC Injekt 2300 flow, which you will soon find in our range. All combinations have easily met the requirements placed on them and have proven their functionality at up to 5 bar of water pressure.
Test set-up for examining a 15-meter-long section of the RED/YELLOW MASTERTUBE. The gravel pockets visible here were easily filled with PU resin during the test.
Different hose, different test: the disassembled function test specimen shows that the MASTERTUBE YELLOW has distributed the injection material MC-Inject 2300 flow evenly.

This corresponds to the maximum distance between fixings when the MASTERTUBE is installed in the joint. There is no need to measure anymore and professional installation is even faster and easier.
