Remove the lower protective film
Place element on top of upper reinforcement layer
Place the MASTER joint sheet metal element in the centre of the rising wall on top of the upper reinforcement layer.
The embedment depth in the concrete must be at least 3 cm and must not be more than half the height of the sheet metal (8 cm).
Overlap MASTER joint sheet metal by 5 cm and press together
Secure the joint with a fixing clip
Fix the element´s support rail using a tie wire.
Simply bend the element in the corner area.
If our MASTER joint sheet metal SFE adjustable is used, in the rising wall, the prefabricated MASTER joint sheet metal angle 90° must be used.
The MASTER joint sheet metal elements can be bent in any way.
Waterproofing of staggerd levels is also possible without any problems
Once the foundation slab has been concreted, and before the wall formwork is closed or the double wall elements have been set up, the remaining protective foil must be removed.
The concreting of the wall base and corresponding preparations must be carried out in accordance with the established technical standards.
