Joint sheet metal AKTIV
Fully coated on one side with bentonite. An activ coating. The bentonite coating swells on contact with water and seals the working joint.
The elements come with a 7.5 cm wide, highly adhesive strip on both ends for the bonding of joints. The
adhesive tape ensures a secure, water-impermeable bond between the waterproofing elements.
Application:
JOINT SHEET METAL AKTIV is used as waterproofing in water-impermeable concrete constructions (water-
proof basements) against pressurised and non-pressurised water.
It is suitable for zones with frequently varying water levels.
Embedding depth: at least 3.5 cm up to half the element width in the concrete.
