Felix and Jakob Kropfelder take over MASTERTEC from January 2026

A message by our company founders

In 1998, we, Rainer and Gabriele Kropfelder, founded MASTERTEC. Our goal was to develop high-quality special products for reinforced concrete construction to offer our customers reliable solutions at all times. This idea turned into a success story that we continue every day: At present, MASTERTEC has more than 60 employees who serve and supply customers in 35 countries.

After 28 exciting – and sometimes challenging – years, the time has come for us to pass on the responsibility. We are delighted that our two sons, Felix and Jakob, who have been actively involved in the company for many years, will be leading MASTERTEC into the future.

We are now both 63 years old and will continue to work for the company. At the same time, we are handing over the leadership to Felix and Jakob with complete confidence and trust. We are proud to see what MASTERTEC has become, and we know that our sons will consistently drive its further development.

This success would not have been possible without you – our customers, suppliers, business partners and friends. We would like to express our sincere thanks for your long-standing support, your trust and the constructive cooperation we have always enjoyed.

We would be pleased to see you continue to accompany Felix and Jakob as well as the entire MASTERTEC team on their journey. Together, we take an optimistic view of the future and look forward to many more years of successful cooperation.
